Junior Tender Engineer

Study projects specification including legend, vendor list, and project specs.Ensure quoting and giving prices as per company standard pricing and discount strategy.Ensure getting the best prices from our Manufacturers.Ensure we get the best delivery time in order to align with the project delivery schedule.Manage and coordinates assigned job quoting activities.Determine most cost-effective fit of product to project specifications.Meet with vendors/suppliers to build strong and profitable relationships that benefit the company and give vendors/suppliers incentive to drive more project opportunities to Robertson Electric.Maintain proper files for product quotes within company quotations program.Communicate critical information to purchasing and field associates that request information pertaining to vendors, products, pricing, and competitors.Ensure that there is no lost project data or unquoted project following the tender department processes.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.0-1 years of experience in quotation and the Lighting Field.Strong Knowledge of electrical Products, power, and control.Excellent Team Player.Exceptional Communication Skills and well-developed interpersonal Skills.Strong appreciation for excellence in customer Service.
