Manage and grow Joviality’s business with chain pharmacy accounts nationwideLead negotiations, product listings, promotions, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs)Build strong relationships with key decision-makersEnsure excellent in-store execution (distribution, merchandising, promotions)Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs and take corrective actions when neededCoordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth account operations

2–3 years of Key Account Management experience in Pharma, FMCG, or CosmeceuticalsHands-on experience with chain pharmacies (essential)Strong negotiation and analytical skillsResults-driven, organized, and commercially focusedBachelor’s degreeFluency in Arabic and English
