- Supervise and lead the Key Accounts and Modern Trade sales team within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and major retail chains.
- Follow up on product availability, promotions, and displays at customer outlets.
- Prepare and monitor sales plans and scheduled customer visits.
- Track sales performance, collections, and customer-related issues.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, customers, market activities, and competitors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Monitor team performance and provide continuous coaching and support.
- Work toward achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
- Previous specialized experience in the cleaning products or detergents industry.
- Relevant experience in key accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
- Experience in work across key accounts in Cairo.
