Key Management & Data Preparation Specialist

Outsource Job to a big Enterprise in Africa and middle east in cards services - yearly contract

• Onsite
• Transportation + food+ mobile allowances:Card and key management Service implementation and Delivery.
• Manage and maintain Card and Key Management application (TW-CF, TWO-KMS)
• Manage data integration between TW-CF and TWCMS (Card Management system)
• Manage and comply with PCI-DSS, Card production, and Pin security
• Insure compliance with schemes’ mandates
• Manage and maintain NI different HSM models (Host security modules)
• Support outsourced Personalization & Data preparation solutions.
• Execute key-management operations, EMV data Preparation; certify banks’ Card Issuance products’ with payment schemesKey role: Perform setup for issuing banks’ products on TWCF.

Handle EMV data preparation processes to acquire required certification from different payment systems.

Onsite support banks and personalization bureaus for card personalization and pin printing projects.

Support issuers during the chip card certification process and provide guidance about the process.

Manage EMV data preparation new institutions setup and system upgrades.

Perform EMV configuration changes as per clients’ requests, new schemes regulations, and personalization bureaus changes.

Certify and support new Perso bureaus for Card Personalization and PIN Printing processes according to PCI policies and procedures.

Certify and support clients for IN House Perso solutions on NI platform.

Testing new system upgrades for secure production implementations.

Maintain HSM and key management processes secure at main and Disaster Recovery sites.

Perform other related duties as requested by the company.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science from a recognized university.Language: Very Good command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) or equivalent to Upper Intermediate level.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the Card industry.

Excellent communication Skills.

• Computer Skills Knowledge/Skills: Must be well versed with M S Office, XL and have good computer knowledge.
