Landscape Senior Manager

Job Summary:Senior Landscape Manager with a strong background in landscape delivery, team leadership, and stakeholder coordination.

Experienced in driving quality, operational efficiency, and successful project outcomes across complex landscape developments.

Key Responsibilities:Manage overall landscape site operations to ensure compliance with approved design, project scope, and quality requirements.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of landscape works.Supervise softscape works including planting, soil preparation, turfing, and irrigation installation to ensure horticultural quality and sustainability.Oversee hardscape works including paving, walkways, lighting, and landscape furniture to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved designs.Manage installation and performance of irrigation systems in coordination with MEP teams to ensure efficient operation and plant health.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Plan and allocate workforce and resources to optimize productivity and maintain site efficiency.Liaise with consultants and project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve technical and operational issues.Oversee landscape maintenance activities during handover and post-installation stages to ensure proper establishment and presentation.Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and material requirements to senior management.Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and promote safe working practices on site.

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Engineering, or a related field.15+ years of professional experience, including at least 7+ years in hands-on landscape site management within large-scale real estate or hospitality projects.Strong background in landscape site management and project execution across complex developments.Solid technical knowledge of softscape, hardscape, and irrigation systems.Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams, contractors, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.Excellent coordination and communication abilities across consultants, contractors, and project teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver projects to required quality standards.
