Leo Jo Productions is a documentary studio that focuses on social issues and topics that interest the public.

We are seeking a lead creative to head our visual department for a long-term, 4-year project.

The Role: We are looking for a dedicated 3D Generalist to execute a full visual pipeline.

You will be responsible for:Full 3D scene assembly, lighting, and cinematic rendering in Blender (v

5.1.0).Creating high-end 2D/3D motion graphics and UI overlays via Adobe After Effects or Davinci Resolve.Translating complex scripts into 20-minute visual narratives.Maintaining a consistent high-speed production schedule (Bi-weekly delivery).Compensation & Benefits:Monthly Base: $2000NZD Total - $1700NZD base + $300NZD monthly tech/wellness stipend.Annual Leave: 20 days of paid annual leave per year.Performance Bonus: Significant revenue-share structure based on channel growth (33.33% once revenue is generated)Stability: Long-term 48-month contract duration.Wellness: Integrated daily wellness/focus breaks included in the 40-hour work week.
