Lead Architect

Reviewing all the design, shop, and as-built drawing packages.Ensure applying all the principles, standards, codes, and proper practice.Making sure that the quality of all the technical submittals is based on Al Bawani Drafting Guidelines & Shop Drawing Checklist.Ensuring that all drawings are coordinated with all other disciplines.Have technical experience to check and solve relations between Architectural items and other disciplines by visual coordination & clash report.Manage, direct and mentor Seniors, juniors’ staff.Reviewing all documents which are connected to the project.Check Revit Models validation and QC.Lead and follow the distribute clash reports to facilitate the coordination process.Problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues that arise during the design and construction phases, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Lead and follow tasks of BIM Architectural Engineers under his team through all stages of project.Follow up project time schedule and discuss thoroughly all the progress of the project with the team leader.Prepare Team Monthly tasks schedule and ensure all the team understand his/her tasks.Attending all project meetings internal and external.Study project time schedule with managers carefully to prepare resource plan and ensure submitting all deliverables on time.

Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.12-15 Years' experience required.Strong experience in architectural and engineering principles.Proficiency in Revit, CAD , Navisworks .software.Strong experience of building codes and regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers in best practices and technical skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.GCC project experience is must.

Landscape design or shop drawings experience is a strong advantage
