Learning & Development Specialist

Develop competency frameworks and learning paths for key retail positions.Design training materials, assessments, and certification programs.Conduct competency assessments and practical evaluations.Support onboarding, promotion, and recertification processes.Monitor training effectiveness and analyze assessment results.Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent learning and operational standards.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or Talent Development.Experience designing training materials and competency assessments.Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Retail experience is highly preferred.
