You will be working directly with warm leads and incoming rental inquiries.

Securing Leases: Consistently follow up with prospects, conduct tenant screenings, and convert rental inquiries into signed, qualified tenants.????

Mastering the CRM: Track communications and dominate pipeline management using Follow Up Boss.????

Marketing: Send batch email campaigns for new rental listings & price drops.????

Organizing: Collect data for owner reports and keep our available properties highly active and visible.What you bring to the table:✅ English Proficiency: Minimum C1 Level English is strictly required. ????️✅ Experience: Background in property management, leasing, or real estate.✅ Skills: Killer follow-up, tenant qualification, and leasing skills.✅ Tech-savviness: Familiarity with CRM systems (Bonus points for Follow Up Boss, Buildium, and Zillow experience!).✅ Superpowers: Elite communication and multitasking abilities. ????‍♀️????‍♂️We are looking for a reliable, results-driven professional who is ready to grow with a top-tier Orlando property management team.????
