Legal Specialist

Handles BOD and shareholders' affairs including but not limited to communication, inquiries, and correspondences.Assists in drafting and amending various types of Contracts and Agreements.Drafts official letters and correspondences.

Assists in handling required documents related to BODs, OGMs and EGMs and drafting minutes.Conducts staff interrogations for breached members of the group and advises on disciplinary actions.Guarantees the authorities' approvals and ratification for the Group’s business practice and to ensure its legality.Coordinates with outsource legal counsels regarding court cases from or to the board.

Bachelor’s Degree in law (English or French Section is a must).1 to 3 years' experience in the same position.Excellent command of English Language (written & speaking)Excellent communication skills.
