Lifeguard

Monitor all swimming pool activities to ensure the safety of members and visitors.Enforce pool rules and safety regulations.Respond immediately to emergencies and administer first aid and CPR when required.Perform water rescues when necessary.Inspect the pool area and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues.Ensure lifesaving and first aid equipment is available and in good condition.Provide excellent customer service and assist members when needed.Complete incident and accident report accurately.

High school diploma or equivalent.Valid Lifeguard certification.Valid First Aid and CPR certification.Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred.Good swimming and rescue skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations.Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
