Lighting Design Engineer

Develop lighting concepts, layouts, fixture schedules, and control sequences.Perform photometric calculations and simulations using AGi32, Dialux, or similar.Select appropriate fixtures, lamps, and drivers based on project budget and performance goals.Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to integrate lighting into the overall design.Prepare lighting documentation, including plans, details, riser diagrams, and specifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).2–5+ years of professional lighting design experience.Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit, AGi32, Dialux, or LightStanza.Knowledge of lighting control protocols (DALI, DMX, KNX).Familiarity with photometric calculations.
