Review purchase requests from different departments and ensure clarity of specificationsPrepare RFQs and follow up with qualified suppliersAnalyze and compare quotations in terms of price, quality, payment, and delivery termsNegotiate with suppliers to obtain the best commercial termsIssue purchase orders and follow up until delivery is completedCoordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveryMonitor open purchase orders and supplier commitmentsParticipate in supplier evaluation and database developmentPrepare periodic reports on procurement KPIsSupport cost-saving initiatives and process improvement

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field3–5 years of experience in procurement (preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment)Good command of EnglishVery good computer skills
