Logistic Supervisor

Get the orders and arrange for the shipping accordingly.Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented process.Follow up liquidation rest of all orders and replacements.Review and validate logistics and distribution plan as per channels and Orders priorities and delivery due dates.Utilize work orders and fleet capacity as per truck capacity and trip distance to ensure product delivery as per plan.Optimize logistics Operational expenses OPEX with the most effective resources to stick to the budget constraints.Coordinate with the outsourced transportation providers the required vehicles vs. daily plan to reduce the unfulfilled orders and to achieve POF OTIF.Coordinate with external WHs the required SKUs as per work orders due dates to ensure inventory levels fulfill the pending orders.

Coordinate with Demand Planning the pending work orders and distribution plan in case of products shortage.

Control delivery expenses.

Resolve all outstanding delivery issues at the customers’ premises.

Generate logistics statistical monthly reports.
