Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full marine logistics cycle and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, shipping agents, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:Handle the full logistics cycle, including import/export marine operations.Coordinate with international suppliers and shipping agents.Prepare, review, and follow up on all shipping documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).Monitor shipments from origin to final destination.

Follow up on customs clearance procedures and documentation.

Ensure timely updates and delivery schedules.Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all logistics documents.

Minimum 3 of experience in logistics and supply chain.Strong knowledge of marine shipping and import documentation cycle.Experience in chemical industry is preferred but not mandatory.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
