Logistics Coordinator

aDispatcher is a specialized dispatch outsourcing company serving luxury ground transportation operators across the United States.

We place trained, professional dispatchers with limousine and chauffeur service clients who demand precision, professionalism, and 24/7 reliability.We are hiring a dispatcher to join our team and be placed with one of our active US-based limousine clients.

In this role, you will serve as the live operational backbone of a luxury transportation company — managing reservations, coordinating chauffeurs, handling client calls, and ensuring every ride is executed flawlessly.This is a high-accountability role.

Our clients operate in premium markets where errors are not acceptable and communication must be fast, clear, and professional at all times.Your day-to-day will include:Answering inbound calls and emails from clients, passengers, and affiliatesEntering, reviewing, and managing reservations in dispatch software (LimoAnywhere or similar)Coordinating chauffeurs before, during, and after tripsMonitoring flight status and adjusting pickups accordinglyEscalating issues promptly and following client-specific SOPsMaintaining accurate trip records and status updates throughout each shift

Fluent in English — spoken and written (this is non-negotiable; all client interaction is in English)Strong phone communication skills with a calm, professional tone under pressureAbility to multitask across calls, software, and live trip monitoring simultaneouslyDetail-oriented — small errors in this industry have real consequencesReliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environmentAvailable to work US time zone shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPrior experience in dispatch, call center, logistics, or transportation preferredFamiliarity with LimoAnywhere, ground transportation operations, or luxury service environments is a plusMust be able to follow detailed SOPs and client-specific protocols without deviationComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionWe work in the Motamyez area in 6th of October so you must be able to commute there.
