Logistics Coordinator

Follow on the execution of daily delivery routes to ensure on-time dispatch and arrival.Track vehicle movements and provide real-time updates to the Logistics Specialist.Ensure vehicle loading is completed on time and in line with the approved plan.Confirm that deliveries from previous shifts have been completed successfully at the designated customer locations.Update the shipment status in the system (Loaded – In Transit – Delivered – Returned).Collect, verify, and archive all delivery-related documents, including shipping orders, proof of delivery (POD), and invoices.Report any delivery deviations, delays, or incidents to the Logistics Specialist for prompt action.Ensure all racks/pallets are returned from customers after delivery.If recovery is delayed, escalate the issue to the Sales Department for immediate follow-up.Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor to manage product returns and determine the next stepsCollaborate with drivers and sales departments to resolve any delivery or service issues.Receive and escalate complaints from other internal departments (e.g., Quality, Safety, OHS) about outsourced field teams (drivers/sales reps).
