Job SummaryABCO Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and optimize all logistics operations across our manufacturing facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transportation, warehousing, distribution, import/export logistics, and supply chain coordination while ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and excellent customer service.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the manufacturing sector, preferably plastics or FMCG, with proven leadership experience in managing logistics operations and third-party logistics providers.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement logistics strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.Oversee import and export logistics activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and shipping requirements.Optimize transportation routes, freight costs, and warehouse utilization while maintaining high service levels.Lead and manage warehouse, transportation, and logistics teams to achieve operational excellence.Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure timely material flow and on-time deliveries.Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, transport providers, and logistics partners.Monitor inventory movement and ensure efficient stock handling across warehouses.Analyze logistics performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Develop and monitor logistics KPIs, budgets, and operational reports.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local transportation and customs regulations.Lead, coach, and develop the logistics team while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.7–10 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is mandatory.Experience in plastics manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, distribution, inventory management, and import/export operations.Good understanding of customs regulations and international shipping processes.Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Very good command of English.
