Develop logistics Department plans and shipment schedules to ensure timely export execution.

Manage and execute freight negotiations with shipping lines and forwarders to secure competitive rates and cost efficiency.Control logistics Department costs including freight, detention, demurrage and transportation charges to enhance profit margins per shipment.Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and Incoterms requirements to minimize risk exposure.

Monitor export documentation team to ensure documentation readiness.

Align with export sales department to plan shipments according to sales commitments.Implement logistics performance indicators to enhance operational efficiency and accountability.

Develop contingency plans for shipment delays or operational risks to safeguard business continuity.

Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transport agents and port authorities to improve service quality Prepare logistics reports and performance metrics to support management decision-making on a monthly basis, based on management requirements.

Lead and develop logistics team members to improve coordination and operational performance.

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fieldCertified Logistics Professional (CLP)FIATA (International Federation of freight forwarders associations)
