Logistics Section Head.

Lead and supervise end-to-end export operations, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, verification, and execution of all export shipments.Monitoring daily shipment deliveries to customers and creating an export operations dashboard.Oversee container booking, space allocation, shipping schedules, and related documentation with shipping lines and forwarders.Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, export control regulations, customs rules, and country-specific requirements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Incoterms, international shipping regulations, import country restrictions, and documentation standards.Mitigate risks related to customs clearance delays, document discrepancies, and regulatory non-conformities.Track, measure, and analyze export KPIs: shipping accuracy, on-time export delivery, logistics cost per ton, document accuracy rate, vessel cutoff compliance, clearance lead time, etc.Work closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Finance, and Warehousing to ensure seamless export operations.Provide export controls, documentation accuracy, and customer country requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 8-15 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.Strong personality & leadership.

As well reporting skills is a must.Must have big volume export experiences.
