Logistics Specialist

Manage export operations and ensure compliance with GAFI (Free Zone) regulations and proceduresHandle all NAFEZA procedures related to export shipments.

Prepare and review export documentation and export invoices.

Coordinate international shipping activities and communicate with shipping companies and service providers.

Issue work orders and follow up on execution.

Manage accounts collection and deduction processes related to export transactions.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor export shipment status and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all export activities.

Support commercial and logistics operations within the Egyptian Private Free Zone.

Bachelor’s degree.

Proven experience in Export Operations, Logistics, or Commercial Operations.

Strong knowledge of GAFI Free Zone regulations.

Hands-on experience with NAFEZA procedures.

Experience in export documentation and export invoicing.

Good understanding of international shipping processes.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Good command of English.
