Here’s what we’re looking for:Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in loss prevention, preferably within the retail sector, and three years of experience as a store manager.Skills: Expertise in auditing, quality control, retail loss prevention, supply chain management, warehousing operations, and operations management is essential.Analytical Abilities: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective corrective actions.Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and influence others.Security Knowledge: Familiarity with surveillance technologies, security protocols, and investigative techniques.Integrity: A high level of integrity and ethical conduct.
