Maintenance & Service Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance / Service Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt.

The Maintenance / Service Engineer will be responsible for performing Vending Machines maintenance and repairs, providing technical support for customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of vending and industrial automation solutions.

The role also involves offering on-site field service to address technical challenges efficiently.

QualificationsProficiency in Maintenance & Repair processes to maintain the optimal functionality of equipment.Strong Troubleshooting and Field Service skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders professionally.Experience in providing Technical Support and ensuring customer satisfaction with solutions provided.Ability to work on-site and travel locally as required for field service tasks.Educational background in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field is preferred.Familiarity with industrial automation systems or vending machines is a plus.Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
