Maintenance Assistant Manager

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electrical maintenance technicians to ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and reliability.Monitor and maintain electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, control panels, instrumentation, and plant utilities.Ensure timely response to electrical breakdowns and equipment failures, minimizing downtime and production disruptions.Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment performance.Support and promote Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) practices across the plant.Optimize the utilization of maintenance resources, including manpower, spare parts, tools, and maintenance budgets.Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, coaching, and mentoring to electrical technicians.Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities and plant improvement initiatives.Support installation, commissioning, testing, and startup of new equipment and electrical systems.Monitor maintenance KPIs, generate downtime reports, and identify opportunities for reliability and efficiency improvements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability, energy efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), electrical safety, and company standards and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.6-8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.Experience with TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Proficiency in maintenance reporting and KPI monitoring.
