Maintenance Engineer-Alexandria

Prepare and follow up the periodic and preventive maintenance schedule in coordination with production department.Review maintenance records and prepare spare parts purchase orders.Monitoring the performance of all machines to ensure the efficiency of operations.Maintain all emergencies and routine stoppage.Maintaining company buildings/Facilities whenever needed.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as reliability-centered maintenance, process optimization, and cost reduction efforts.Motivate team members and promote teamwork.Report all Mechanical failures and their corrective actions and root cause analysis.Prepare requested reports on operational activities and maintenance progress.Ensuring that all quality and Safety systems are in place to ensure the production of the products that are in line Company standards.
