Maintenance Engineer - Mobiles

Carries out repairs to products sold by LOB, e.g. mobile phones and aiming to deliver quality after-sale service and to generate customer satisfaction and repeat sales.Ensures that work is carried out in line with RAYA working instructions, operating procedures and policiesExecutes repair work diligently and in line with promised deliverables and within standard operating proceduresEnsures that Mobile troubleshooting guidelines are observedOperates with QMS, EMS, OHAS Req. and ESD Req. standardsEnsures that work is carried out efficiently at high quality and within the budgeted time limits for the jobEnsures that data and other information is dealt with accurately and in line with standard practiceEnsures correct and efficient utilization of resources (tools, spins, etc) as per job requirementsStrives to maintain customer satisfaction and to generate repeat workImpacts on the work of other colleagues and more particularly on the work of those that are involved in customer care (e.g. customer care reps)
