Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities within our food manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment, minimizing downtime, leading the maintenance team, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.Manage and supervise the maintenance team.Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.Ensure all production equipment operates efficiently and safely.Monitor equipment performance and reduce downtime.Coordinate maintenance activities with production departments.Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and inventory.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food industry regulations.Analyze maintenance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when required.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in food manufacturing.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and industrial equipment.Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards.Job Category: Engineering / Maintenance / Manufacturing Operations
