Maintenance Manager

Create, implement and enhance preventive maintenance programs to optimize operational efficiency and reduce downtime.Managing all plant maintenance and production maintenanceCoordinates with all internal functions within various departments.to improve the quality of the service.Supervise / the installation ‎of all electrical activities and attend necessary tests, and commissioning activities (MV, LV, and ‎low current system installation, testing, ‎and commissioning …etc)‎Leading a working team of technicians for applying the maintenance plan activities from preventive and corrective maintenance.Responding immediately to Troubleshoot, Fixing faults and arranging for replacements to be installed for equipment's breakdowns.Monitor priorities and liaised between maintenance team and management, delegating tasks to complete on time.Supervise daily routine operations, including employee performance, and preventive and corrective maintenance.Control engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines and meet quality assurance targets.Lead and mentor a team of technicians .

Experience maintenance manager in manufacturing and production for at least 5 years in plant maintenance.Bachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

The ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions quickly is also important..Knowledge and understanding of plant safety procedures, troubleshooting equipment and preventative maintenance procedures.Supervisory and team leading skills.Planning and organizing.
