Maintenance Manager.

Issue, review and follow up the plan and schedule for preventive maintenance and update annually.Ensure the use of planned inspection and preventive maintenance.Contribute with plant maintenance team for development of working methods and definition of procedures and ensure their implementation.Ensure proper scheduling and planning of works.Ensure proper day-to-day scheduling of works and necessary resources.Ensure and control quality of maintenance jobs done by subcontractors.Organize maintenance personnel workload and ensure that adequate action is taken when incidents occur.Co-ordinate with the Safety Team to correct the deficiencies and meet safe and quality requirements.Ensure, upon completion of repairs, that equipment is in good operating condition, ready to meet operational requirements, fully inspected, tested, clean and safe.Identify and prepare the first time, two and five year’s spare parts needed by the available resources.Report hazards, malfunctions and work schedule to Plant Manager.

BSC of Mechanical Power or Electrical Power & Machine Departmentfrom 8 to 15 Years of ExperienceLives in Fayoum, Giza or 6 OctoberFluent in English is mustProven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial roleExperience in planning maintenance operationsSolid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipmentAbility to keep track of and report on activityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational and leadership abilities
