Maintenance Manager (Oil & Gas)

Oil and Gas Services Free Zone (OGSFZ) is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team and lead the maintenance operations across our drilling rigs, field locations, and facilities.

Location: Obour Yard Office / Ras Ghareb Field Facilities Key Responsibilities:Oversee maintenance and reliability of all drilling equipment, rigs, and heavy machinery.Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance programs.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians.

Collaborate with operations to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.

Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.

Deliver regular reports and recommend improvement measures

What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in maintenance management within the oil & gas drilling industry.

Strong technical knowledge of land rig equipment and heavy machinery.

Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.

Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
