Maintenance Manager " Poultry Sector

We are seeking an experienced Poultry Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance activities across our poultry operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems, production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.

The role includes developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, managing maintenance teams, minimizing equipment downtime, optimizing maintenance costs, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

The Maintenance Manager will collaborate closely with production teams to support continuous operations and drive improvements in equipment performance and maintenance practices.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Proven experience in maintenance management within the poultry industry.Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.Experience in managing electrical systems, utilities, and industrial equipment.Ability to develop and implement maintenance plans and strategies.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.Proficiency in preparing maintenance reports and monitoring KPIs.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
