Maintenance Planning /CMMS Engineer

Leads the end-to-end implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems for clients.

Bridge the gap between maintenance operations and technology by analyzing client workflows.Configuring system modules (assets, PM schedules, work orders, inventory), migrating master data, and delivering user training.Ensures smooth software adoption and high client satisfaction from initial requirement gathering through post-go-live support.Identify gaps between the client’s process and the CMMS system.

3+ years experience in CMMS/ERP implementation, maintenance operations, or technical consulting.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.Hands-on with platforms like Odoo, SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix, UpKeep, MaintainX or similar working across industries like manufacturing, facilities, or healthcare.Strong understanding of maintenance workflows like assets, preventive/corrective maintenance, work orders, spare parts, and inventory.Ability to translate business needs into system setups (user roles, asset hierarchies, workflows).

Basic knowledge of APIs/databases is a plus.
