Maintenance Section Head

Develop and implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans for all production lines and equipment.Supervise maintenance technicians and assign tasks effectively.Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.Monitor and analyze equipment performance indicators.Improve and optimize maintenance procedures to ensure operational continuity.Review technical drawings and equipment schematics when required.Ensure full compliance with occupational safety and food safety standards.Coordinate with Production and Engineering departments to maintain smooth operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.6:10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within dairy manufacturing (cheese & butter).Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Good understanding of occupational health & safety standards in food factories.
