Job SummaryWe’re looking for a Maintenance Section Head to lead our mechanical and electrical maintenance teams, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, safety, and efficiency.

You’ll oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage automation systems, and drive continuous improvement in our production facilities.

ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff.Plan and execute preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.Troubleshoot and repair high-pressure die casting and metal forming equipment.Design, implement, and optimize PLC & SCADA systems.Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.Coordinate with production and quality teams to align maintenance with operational goals.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.7+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.10th of Ramadan city or nearby residence is highly required.Experience in heavy manufacturing or metal processing preferred.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
