Maintenance Section Head

Supervise all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.Monitor equipment performance and resolve technical issues.Lead and manage the maintenance team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.Coordinate with external maintenance contractors and service providers.Ensure the availability of required spare parts and maintenance materials.Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards.Prepare maintenance reports and monitor maintenance KPIs.Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce equipment downtime.

Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in service centers.Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.Leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.Good computer skills and reporting abilities.
