Manufacturing Site Engineer - Civil

To manage and supervise on-site civil construction and layout activities for manufacturing facilities and warehouses, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in full alignment with approved designs, operational requirements, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute on-site civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and timelinesManage layouts for manufacturing facilities, production areas, warehouses, and infrastructure worksSupport construction, expansions, and restructuring projects within operational sitesCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient executionMonitor project progress, identify delays or risks, and report regular updates to managementEnsure all works meet required quality standards and coordinate with QA teams to resolve non-conformitiesAdhere to HSE policies, promote a safe work environment, and escalate any safety concernsReview technical drawings and support in resolving on-site engineering and construction issuesMaintain accurate site documentation, including reports, approvals, and recordsEnsure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and resources on-site

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering2–4 years of relevant site experience (industrial/manufacturing is preferred)Strong knowledge of construction execution, layouts, and technical drawingsGood coordination, communication, and problem-solving skillsStakeholder management skills
