• Bachelor’s degree- 6 or more years of experience in marketing; experience in the field of air compressors or heavy equipment is -preferred- Preferably, the candidate should have prior experience in building or managing marketing teams- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and branding strategies- Experience managing social media and paid advertising campaigns- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects- Creative mindset combined with strong problem-solving skills
