AI Fluency: Proven experience in using AI tools, building prompts, and using automation platforms .Real Estate Experience: 4+ years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for background in real estate, property development.Performance Marketing: Hands-on experience with meta ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead funnel optimization.System Thinker: Ability to translate marketing pain points into AI-enabled solutions that actually scale.Desired Skills:Familiarity with CRM platforms .Basic video editing skills .Graphic design skills.
