Marketing Specialist

Execute the annual and quarterly marketing plan in alignment with the company’s sales and investment objectives.Prepare and implement marketing campaigns for real estate projects across digital and traditional channels.Manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms and search engines in coordination with internal teams or external agencies.Monitor and improve lead quality, and analyze campaign performance on a regular basis.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure prompt lead follow-up and improve conversion rates.Prepare marketing content for projects, including brochures, advertising copy, landing pages, and presentations.Contribute to managing the company’s social media accounts in line with the corporate brand identity.Monitor the Egyptian real estate market and analyze competitors’ activities, pricing, and marketing trends.Organize and participate in real estate exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.Coordinate with designers, photographers, and advertising agencies to ensure the quality of marketing deliverables.
