Marketing Specialist

Develop and execute monthly social media and marketing plans.Create, review, and edit engaging content that aligns with the brand identity and advertising standards.Brainstorm creative campaigns and content ideas with the marketing team.Manage and monitor all social media platforms and ensure consistent engagement with the audience.Conduct market research and competitor analysis based on management directions.Perform online surveys and collect customer feedback regarding company services.Coordinate with the graphic designer to supervise visual content and art direction.Follow up on production materials and printing processes.Assist in planning and managing events and marketing activations.Analyze social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.Strong creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.Experience in content creation and campaign management is a plus.Preferably owns a car.
