Mechanical BIM Engineer

Develop and manage BIM models for mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.

Prepare detailed 3D models using BIM software such as Revit.

Coordinate mechanical models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines.

Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools.

Produce shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built documentation.

Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate with project stakeholders.

Support project teams with technical BIM expertise throughout project stages.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 3+ years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP projects.

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Navisworks.

Good understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Experience in clash detection and BIM coordination.

Knowledge of international BIM standards is a plus.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
