Mechanical BIM Engineer

Responsibilities:Develop detailed 3D models of mechanical systems using Revit.Integrate mechanical designs into overall building models.Ensure compliance with local and international standards and codes.Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.Generate accurate drawings, schematics, and reports.Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.Provide technical support and expertise related to mechanical BIM modeling.Assist in the preparation of project presentations and visualizations.Maintain and update BIM libraries, templates, and standards.Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 4 years of experience in Design, Construction, and BIM Industry.Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software.Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, construction methods, and building codes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Ability to support an environment where teamwork is a core value.
