Mechanical Construction Project Manager

Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical construction, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.Oversee on-site installation of heavy equipment, steel structures, and piping systems.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.Prepare cost estimates, control capital spending, and manage project budgets.Enforce rigorous HSE compliance and promote a safety-first culture.Conduct regular progress reviews and report KPIs to senior management.

B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.10-15 years of project management experience, primarily in EPC heavy industrial projects (cement, steel, or mining preferred).Proven ability to manage capital projects exceeding EGP 25M in value.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, heavy equipment installation, and relevant international codes.Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.Leadership skills capable of managing multidisciplinary site teams and contractors.
