Follow up on planned maintenance schedules and lubrication and lubrication tour for all plant machinery, monitor all equipment’s on the production line make necessary adjustments and repairs to maintain the smooth running of the production line.Provide training and development opportunities to all mechanical maintenance staff & carry out performance evaluations and appraisals, Encouraging new ideas.Implement a regular maintenance program, and recommend any additional needs not listed to extend its life, reducing the total cost of spare partsResponsible for major installation or maintenance projects, leading the team of Technicians assigned to the task.Troubleshooting mechanical machines’ faults and guide technicians to Solve them quickly by Intervening immediately to reduce downtimesEnsures that production targets are met in respect of efficiency, minimum wastage, and operating rates.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering major Mechanical Power Engineering / Production & Mechanical Design Engineering Experience: 3 years' experience in maintenance management role in FMCG Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), leanManufacturing, Experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L)

Defines and lead processes related to integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 22000, 18000, 14000, International Food Standards, etc.)
