Mechanical Engineering Manager

General Manager – Manufacturing & Product DevelopmentLocation: 6th of October City – Giza, EgyptMetal Vision Stand is a newly established manufacturing company specializing in Sheet Metal Fabrication using Fiber Laser Cutting, CNC Press Brake, and Welding technologies.We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the establishment and growth of our manufacturing business.This is not a traditional factory management role.

We are looking for a leader capable of identifying profitable manufacturing opportunities, building production systems, developing new products, and assembling a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop the company’s manufacturing strategy and product roadmap.
• Identify new products suitable for local manufacturing.
• Build and lead the engineering, production, quality, procurement, and maintenance teams.
• Establish efficient production processes and quality systems.
• Develop costing models and profitability analysis.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead the factory from startup to full commercial operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Strong experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication.
• Hands-on knowledge of Fiber Laser Cutting, CNC Press Brake, Welding, and Metal Fabrication.
• Experience in developing and launching new manufacturing products.
• Strong leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.Preferred Industry Experience
