Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Develop service level agreements with internal customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.Oversee performance and delivery of third-party service providers and subcontractors required for on-site maintenance.Monitor equipment performance and develops corrective action plans to reverse any deviation against agreed standards.Provide specifications and technical support for spare parts internal or external manufacturing.Initiate and participate in cost saving programs through optimizing and increasing the efficiency of equipment.Ensure the continuous induction of Moral and Motivation initiatives to ensure high productive and motivated teams.Plan for the maintenance of buildings and general utilities (i.e. power, gas, water, steam, chillers, etc,)Ensure that workshop capabilities in terms of equipment and resources are sufficient for required service delivery.Develop a preventive maintenance plan to optimize equipment reliability.Responsible for timely and efficient implementation of the plan and undertakes any amendment to the plan if necessary, with the right communication to relevant parties.Follow up on the maintenance supervisors and technicians to ensure proper job completion for maintenance work orders.Troubleshoot and analyse breakdowns and work on action plans to tackle root causes solving the problems.Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental and safety regulations during the performance of plant maintenance activities.

Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical department4-7 years of experience in a similar Maintenance role
