Key Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on a wide range of mechanical equipment and machinery.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures, employing a systematic approach to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.Execute maintenance tasks in accordance with established schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.Assist in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new mechanical systems and components.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory using our CMMS.Collaborate closely with production teams, electrical engineers, and other departments to minimize downtime and enhance overall operational efficiency.Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects aimed at improving equipment reliability and operational processes.
