Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

· Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical equipment and production lines.· -Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose mechanical failures to minimize equipment downtime.· Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and in accordance with company procedures.· Follow up on preventive maintenance schedules and report maintenance activities.· Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.· Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.· Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.· Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.· Ensure proper utilization of spare parts, tools, and maintenance resources.· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Power Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance within the steel manufacturing industry is a preferred.

Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

Experience in troubleshooting mechanical equipment and production lines.

Good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Good knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment.

Experience in reading mechanical drawings and technical manuals. SAP knowledge is preferred.

Very Good command of English.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills..
