Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (FMCGs )

We are hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to support and ensure the reliability, efficiency, and continuous operation of production equipment within a leading FMCG manufacturing facility.Job Responsibilities Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

Supervise and support maintenance engineers and technicians.

Plan, identify, and manage required spare parts for maintenance activities.

Ensure availability of maintenance tools and proper storage of equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve factory utility issues (Boilers, Chillers, Compressed Air Systems).

Supervise maintenance activities for mechanical equipment and production machinery.

Monitor and analyze technical reports for production lines.

Track and improve equipment performance using KPIs, including MTTR & MTBF.

Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across production lines.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 3–7 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing.

Hands-on experience in:Wafer production linesPlain & date-filled biscuit production linesChocolate production lines Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance systems and utilities.

Experience in maintenance planning, spare parts management, and reliability concepts.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead teams and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 3–7 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing.
