Mechanical Maintenance Manager

QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Experience8–15 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Minimum 3–5 years in a maintenance leadership or management role.Experience with preventive maintenance systems, reliability engineering, and industrial equipment.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, boilers, and utility equipment.Experience with CMMS systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM, or similar).Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).Leadership CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
